Anita Barone

Barone was a part of The Shoes, an episode of Seinfeld's fourth season as Gail Cunningham, a chef that wanted Elaine Benes' shoes. Barone was a cast member of Carol & Company, starring with Carol Burnett in the early 1990s. Barone also played the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in the character's first appearance on Friends. Jane Sibbett was her replacement when Barone quit Friends in pursuit of a new role that required additional time. She starred on The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the beginning of its run (1995-1996) as well as on The War at Home from 2005 until the year 2007. Barone was co-starring with Daddio in 2000. Barone's television credits also include Desperate Women, Curb Your Exuberance Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline and the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. The film she acted in, One Last Ride earned her the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Methodfest in 2005. Barone's role as a regular in the Disney Channel show Shake It Up was first introduced in the year 2010, three years after The War at Home finished the show's run. Barone played the role of Officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones who was the husband of the character played by Barone on two of the episodes.
